Riga plans to complete the main refunds for the Pitbull concert
The organizers of Pitbull’s canceled concert in Riga stated that they plan to refund ticket holders by the end of the week; refunds will be processed using the payment information available in the system. This was reported by the concert agency Koncertaģentūra FBI, according to LSM English.
According to the organizers, refunds are to be processed within two weeks of the concert cancellation announcement. Until August 6, holders of unused tickets could exchange them for admission to the Calvin Harris concert.
From August 7 to 13, 2026, 77% of ticket holders received refunds, the organizers reported. Refunds for the remaining customers are still being processed.

In some cases, automatic refunds could not be processed because the bank card had expired after the ticket was purchased or because the bank or card details had changed. By the end of August 14, the company also planned to refund ticket buyers who purchased tickets at physical sales locations and submitted a refund request.
Over the next few weeks, SIA “Biļešu Serviss PLG” will continue to process cases where automatic refunds are not possible. If necessary, company representatives promise to contact ticket holders individually to verify payment details and complete the refunds.
