Three missing people have been found in Latvia
According to LSM English—the English-language service of Latvian Public Media—the Latvian State Police have located Liene Janshevska, born in 1995, and her two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Eliza.
They were last seen on August 12 in Cēsis. Due to concerns about their whereabouts, the police appealed to the public for help.
Following this appeal, the woman and child were found on Friday afternoon. LSM English notes that they were alive and unharmed at the time of their discovery.

On Saturday morning, following a separate police appeal, Svetlana Skachkova was located. According to LSM English, she went missing in Ventspils on August 13.
The police thanked the public for their assistance in both cases. LSM English reported on two separate missing persons cases in which law enforcement officials appealed to the public for help.
