Russia has stepped up the forced recruitment of migrants — ATESH
In the Russian Federation, there has been a significant increase in cases of systematic pressure being exerted on foreign nationals with the aim of recruiting them into the aggressor’s armed forces.
The "ATESH" partisan movement reported this on Telegram.
Russian special services and migration authorities have developed specific criminal schemes to coerce migrants into signing military contracts.
Currently, instances of such pressure have been documented in the aggressor country’s largest economic and administrative centers.
According to the underground, Russia’s law enforcement system has received clear instructions to use any means of influence on foreigners.
Illegal actions against citizens of other countries are coordinated at the level of the central leadership of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Such cases have been documented in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, and Moscow.
As noted, the same pattern is observed everywhere: the Migration Service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, without warning or any violations on the part of the foreigner, freezes their bank accounts and issues an order to leave the country.
In this way, the individual is instantly deprived of their means of subsistence and legal status in the country.
At the same time, criminal proceedings are initiated against the individual based on fabricated charges. After creating an artificial legal impasse, law enforcement officials resort to outright blackmail.
They then hold a “conversation” and offer to sign a contract with the military in exchange for closing the criminal cases and restoring their documents.
Some agree to such offers, primarily those from Central and East Asia, as well as Africa.
These people become the most vulnerable group, as they have minimal legal protection in the Russian Federation.
The Russian command uses them on the battlefield as the least valuable human resources for assault operations.
