In Sweden, preliminary results of the national elections held on September 13 give the left-wing opposition a one-seat advantage over the right-wing coalition of Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson. According to The Hindu International, on the morning of September 14 the result remained too close to call, as the final ballots had not yet been counted.

Vote counting continues
