A house where "Scarface" was filmed is up for sale in the U.S.

A legendary home on the coast of Key Biscayne near Miami, where the cult classic *Scarface* starring Al Pacino was filmed, has been put up for sale. The owners have priced the property at a record $237 million.

Deadline reports this, noting that the approximately 1,200-square-meter estate combines cinematic history with unique technical features.

The property’s main features include:

  • Land and shoreline: the total lot area is 9,600 square meters with a 265-meter-long shoreline.

  • Infrastructure: the property features a piano-shaped pool, a dock, and an overwater helipad (1,860 square meters).

  • Interior: The house features five bedrooms and a glass elevator, which served as the backdrop for a famous scene starring Michelle Pfeiffer.

The estate’s history is also tied to high politics: in the 1970s, this location was part of President Richard Nixon’s “Winter White House” complex. The helipad, which has survived to this day, was built specifically for the president’s use at the time. The current building, constructed in 1981, is mentioned in the credits of the popular series “Miami Vice” in addition to “Scarface.”

Meanwhile, a fashion magazine criticizedthe dresses worn by actresses at the Oscars.

As a reminder, Sean Penn skipped the 2026 Oscars to visit Ukraine.
