School fair of Japan to be held in Taipei — The Japan Times
The Japan Times will hold an education fair in Taipei, Taiwan, on October 11, 2026, for children aged 5 to 18 and their parents who are considering studying in Japan or enrolling in an international school. The Japan Times School Fair Taipei will be the first school fair organized by the company outside Japan.
Seven schools based in Japan will take part in the fair. Visitors will be introduced to the institutions’ educational approaches, learning environments, and life at boarding schools. Admission to the event will be free.
Fair participants
Among the announced participants are Epsom College Tokyo, scheduled to open in 2027, Jinseki International School, Kumamoto International School, NUCB International College, Gordonstoun Japan – West, Harrow International School Appi Japan, and Rugby School Japan. The organizers noted that the list of participants may change.

At 10:20, Michael Rob Gray, former headmaster of the Swiss school Institut Le Rosey, will deliver a keynote speech on the development of the international educational environment in Japan. From 11:00, school representatives will give presentations with interpretation.
Consultations for families
From 13:00, admissions representatives will hold individual consultations with families. Each family will be allocated 20 minutes, and advance time reservations are required to participate. The fair will run from 10:00 to 16:00 at W Taipei in Taipei’s Xinyi District.
