Man charged with murder in Townsville after another man's death
In the Australian city of Townsville, a 47-year-old man has been charged with murder following the death of a man whom police found with stab wounds to his leg. This was reported by ABC News Australia.
Call to a residential complex
According to Queensland Police, officers were called to a residential complex on Narangi Street in the suburb of Heatley at about 3:00 p.m. on Friday. There, they found a man with stab wounds to his leg.
Police immediately provided first aid to the victim, but he soon died at the scene, a Queensland Police spokesperson said.

Murder charge
The 47-year-old man, who knew the deceased, was detained at the scene. He was charged overnight with murder as a domestic violence-related offence.
According to ABC, the accused was due to appear before the Townsville Magistrates Court on Saturday morning.
