In Turkey, a former student opened fire at a technical college
A shooting occurred at a vocational school in the city of Şanlıurfa in southern Turkey, leaving 16 people injured.

The incident occurred on the morning of April 14 at a local technical college. According to preliminary reports, a 19-year-old former student of the school entered the campus with a weapon and began firing indiscriminately.
Medical personnel and law enforcement officers arrived at the scene. The attacker took his own life while being apprehended.
According to local authorities, 16 people were injured in the shooting, including students and faculty members.
