Mass arrests in Turkey over threats of attacks on schools — CNN Türk
In Turkey, law enforcement officials are carrying out mass arrests in connection with the dissemination of threats and content related to potential attacks on schools. Security forces have stepped up security measures and their response to such reports.

Dozens of people, including minors, have been detained in various regions of the country, and hundreds of social media accounts have been blocked.
In Istanbul, six children were detained after exchanging messages on social media hinting at a possible attack on a school in the Üsküdar district.
They are reportedly suspected of "threats aimed at spreading fear and panic among the population."
At the same time, a large online community called "C31K," which had about 100,000 members and shared videos of attacks on schools, particularly in Kahramanmaraş, was dismantled.
The investigation began following a series of incidents in Şanlıurfa and Kahramanmaraş. According to Turkey’s General Directorate of Security, a total of 83 individuals have been detained in connection with the cases, access to 940 social media accounts has been blocked, and 93 Telegram groups have been shut down.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated against the suspects.
