In the UK, man admits guilt in sexual crimes against another man’s wife
In the United Kingdom, 52-year-old Darren Conway pleaded guilty to 11 charges in a case involving sexual crimes against another man’s wife, who was unconscious, asleep or intoxicated and unable to give consent. The Guardian reports that the hearing took place at Wood Green Crown Court in London.
Charges
Conway pleaded guilty, among other things, to voyeurism, possession of extreme pornographic material and inciting another man to sexually assault his wife at Conway’s request.
According to the indictment, between 2023 and 2026 he asked on at least ten occasions for nude images of women who were asleep to be sent to him. Most of the charges to which he pleaded guilty concerned the wife of a man with whom Conway communicated online.
Police investigation
London police said Conway was arrested on July 30 after they identified him as a participant in a group chat. Law enforcement officers said they found messages on his devices in which he encouraged other participants to commit sexual crimes involving substances, as well as sexually explicit material.

According to police, Conway urged another man to remove his wife’s clothes and underwear and commit sexual crimes against her. He also asked for images to be sent during the abuse. Police noted that the women did not know Conway was viewing these materials and were unable to give consent.
Law enforcement officers believe there may be more victims. They continue to identify people in videos found on Conway’s devices. Police estimate that a significant number of the alleged crimes took place in the United Kingdom, but some victims may be abroad.
Judge John Dodd said Conway would be sentenced on October 30.
