In Italy, former ambulance driver Luca Spada is accused of murdering six patients in the Forlì area. According to ANSA English, investigators believe the 28-year-old man injected air into patients.

Findings of police psychologists

In a report by the Carabinieri's RACIS investigative psychology unit devoted to Spada's personality, he was described as a serial predator. The document's authors indicated that he was allegedly driven by an obsessive and uncontrollable internal motivation.

According to the report, the suspect selected elderly and sick patients according to a predatory serial pattern. This assessment is a conclusion by police psychologists, not a fact of guilt established by a court.

The case is being considered in the context of accusations of murdering six patients. Further circumstances of the case were not specified in the ANSA English report.
