Human-like robots, robot dogs, and exoskeletons will soon go on sale in Israel. The "Mahsanei Hashmal" retail chain has announced the launch of sales for the WANDA home-use humanoid robot, manufactured by the Chinese company UNIX AI.
This was reported by leading Israeli media outlets.
Sales will begin in June. The robot, which has human-like arms but no legs, will cost starting at 150,000 shekels and will be able to perform household tasks—cleaning, folding clothes, setting the table, and other activities in a home environment.
Also available for purchase will be the Lilymylo “puppy” robot from Ecovacs, designed for emotional support, priced at around 2,800 shekels.
In addition, the chain is offering an exoskeleton from the Chinese company TAIXI, which reduces the strain on the back and legs while walking, climbing stairs, or carrying loads. The device will cost about 6,000 shekels.
As a reminder, a universal humanoid robot for household chores was unveiled in China.
Earlier, SpaceX filed for an initial public offering (IPO).
