Drugs worth over 10 million and about 90 million shekels seized in Israel — Jerusalem Post
Israeli police reported two separate raids on suspected drug distribution centers — in the Jerusalem area and Area A in the West Bank. According to law enforcement, the value of the substances seized in the two operations was estimated at more than 10 million and approximately 90 million shekels, respectively.
Raid following arrest in Bethlehem
As The Jerusalem Post reports, Palestinian police detained a 48-year-old Israeli citizen in Bethlehem. According to police, he had a significant quantity of pills suspected of being narcotics, as well as other dangerous substances.
Israeli police then coordinated with Palestinian law enforcement and raided the suspect's home in the Bedouin town of Segev Shalom. Police reported the suspect's arrest and the seizure of his car. According to police, more than 17,000 tramadol pills and more than 170,000 Captagon pills were found in the vehicle. The value of this batch was estimated at more than 10 million shekels.

Operation in the Jerusalem area
In a separate operation, law enforcement raided a drug distribution site in the moshav of Ahisamakh in the Jerusalem area. They seized a car which, according to police, contained cocaine, ecstasy, MDMA, and ketamine.
Police estimated the value of the drugs in this vehicle at approximately 90 million shekels. Law enforcement also reported the detention of three suspects in their early 20s, who are suspected of involvement in the drug distribution operation.
