The man who was arrested following a knife attack in London had a history of mental health issues and previous incidents of serious violence.

The incident took place in the Golders Green neighborhood, where on April 29, the attacker injured two people from the Jewish community.
According to Metropolitan Police Commissioner Mark Rowley, this attack was yet another act of violence directed against Jews.
Law enforcement officials are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
