Photos, videos: Homes of Ukrainian celebrities were damaged during a massive Russian attack
As a result of the Russian nighttime attack on Kyiv, the homes of well-known Ukrainians were damaged. On the night of June 14–15, Russian forces launched a massive strike on the capital and other cities in Ukraine. Celebrities shared footage of the aftermath of the shelling and showed the damage to their homes.
The Russians hit the home of influencer Marichka Dovbenko. The blogger said that a piece of shrapnel struck the floor just above her apartment. At the time of the attack, Dovbenko was at home; she shared photos taken after the strike and described her experience.
“I can’t believe I’m alive!!! The shell landed a few floors above my apartment. The elevators weren’t working because of it. But, thank God, there was access to the stairwell on my floor. Thank you, God,” the influencer noted.
The home of artist Sonya Morozuk was also hit by the Russians. The strike occurred one floor above the apartment where the blogger lives.
“It was very loud and scary. They’re putting out the fire. Fire trucks, rescue workers—you can’t imagine what’s happening here right now. Take care of yourselves, because it could hit your home, which I wouldn’t wish on anyone, of course,” the blogger shared in her Instagram Stories.

The artist also admitted that she was in a state of shock after the strike. However, she noted that she tried to stay calm and not panic.
TV host Lesya Nikityuk also shared footage after the nighttime shelling of Kyiv. The star said she was on the -3rd floor in the parking garage, but after the shelling, smoke even appeared inside the shelter. So the star addressed Ukrainians and advised them to go deeper underground during Russian attacks.
“Friends. A terrifying night. And, as experience has shown, even the -1 level of the parking garage is very dangerous—and what can I say, even on the -3rd level, we could smell the burning. So don’t neglect your personal safety—take cover… and go deeper,” the host urged.

Ukrainian singer Natalia Mogilevskaya also shared footage of the nighttime shelling of the capital. The star posted a video where she is sitting next to her children while explosions echo from the street.
“Unfortunately, today is just the beginning. There are no words left, no tears. Let’s hang in there. Everyone take cover, if you have a place to do so,” reads the caption to the star’s video.
