Disney star Carla Jeffery died suddenly at the age of 33

American actress Carla Jeffrey died at the age of 33 under unknown circumstances. She was known for her work on Disney projects, including a role in the film *Zombie*.

 

The tragic news was announced by Alexanders Talent Management, which represented the actress for nearly her entire career, in a statement on her official Instagram page. The cause of her death has not yet been disclosed.

“It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Carla Jeffrey, who passed away on September 1, 2026, at the age of just 33. Carla joined the Alexanders Talent Management family at the age of 12. For over 20 years, we had the honor of watching her grow into a beautiful, vivacious, and incredibly talented woman whose smile could light up any room,” the statement reads.

Company representatives expressed their sincere condolences to Carla Jeffrey’s family. They also urged the public to respect the privacy of the actress’s loved ones as they grieve this painful loss.

Disney also reacted to Carla Jeffrey’s passing. The company emphasized that the actress left an “indelible mark on the hearts” of everyone who had the chance to work with her. Disney also noted that she had a rare gift for connecting with audiences, and her work brought joy to millions of people.

Carla Jeffrey was born on July 10, 1993, in Texas. From childhood, she began taking acting lessons with her twin brother to overcome her shyness. At the age of 12, Jeffrey signed with Alexanders Talent Management and began building her career.

The actress joined Disney in 2011. Her debut project was the comedy film *Fat Girls*, in which she played the 10-year-old version of one of the main characters, Yasmin Biltmore. She later appeared in the HBO series *Curb Your Enthusiasm* and the Nickelodeon film *iCarly*. Since 2011, Carla Jeffrey has been a Disney star, appearing in *Hang in There, Charlie!* and *Let’s Dance*.

The actress gained the most popularity in 2018, when she landed the role of the ambitious cheerleader Bree in the *Zombie* franchise.
