Stepan Goshevsky, director of the Carpathian National Nature Park, declared approximately 930,000 UAH in cash despite an annual salary of 327,000 UAH, and did not list any real estate—neither owned nor leased. The declaration also does not list any vehicles other than an old UAZ.

This is detailed in an investigation by the Absolution Leaks project:

The official is registered and actually resides in the city of Bohlev, Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. However, no housing (owned or rented) has been declared. The Law “On Preventing Corruption” requires the declaration of property usage rights, including housing leases. The absence of this information appears to be a direct violation.

In May 2026, photos and videos appeared online showing Hoshovsky behind the wheel of a Lexus LX600/LX500 (license plate KA3233AK).

The market value of such a car ranges from 5.5 to 10 million UAH. There is no mention of such a vehicle (neither owned nor in use) in his declaration. This is a classic case of a “lifestyle that does not match income.”

It turns out that Goshevsky uses a car registered to the Kyiv-based LLC “Mudra Sova.” The firm provides consulting services on commercial activities and management. And the owner of this company, with a capital of 8.1 million hryvnias, is Oksana Grygorivna Brodovska.

Many have forgotten about this person. But we’ll remind you.

She is a former teacher linked to former MP Ruslan Lukyanchuk (Batkivshchyna party) and the mother-in-law of former NSDC Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov. She was the founder of the scandal-ridden LLC “Absolut Finance” and an assistant to the former MP.

Following media coverage in 2017, the National Bank of Ukraine revoked the company’s license to conduct foreign exchange operations. The exchange office, in violation of the law, conducts currency exchange without cash registers. This means that the tax authorities are unable to monitor the company’s financial reporting.

Her husband, Valentin Brodovsky, was also an aide to the MP and, until 2012, a co-founder of Absolut Finance. Among the company’s co-founders are also Oksana’s 74-year-old father, Grigory Pronko, and her 23-year-old daughter, Ilona (who contributed 25 million to the authorized capital), who is registered at the deputy’s wife’s apartment.

Earlier, Ukrainian law enforcement agencies sent requests to banks for information subject to bank secrecy.

Ihor Litsur, executive director of the state-owned enterprise “Forests of Ukraine,” declared an annual salary of nearly 19 million hryvnias, as well as significant additional income and cash savings. At the same time, his declaration includes real estate purchased at prices that differ significantly from market rates. Separately, the official had previously been suspected of official negligence.
