The body of a man was found near a river beach in the Kyiv region
In the Bilotserkivsky District of Kyiv Oblast, the body of a man was found in the Rostavytsia River near “Golden Beach” in the village of Trushky.
Rescue workers were called to the scene to retrieve the victim from the water. Using a rubber boat and improvised equipment, they pulled the body from the water and handed it over to National Police officers.
Five rescue workers and one fire and rescue vehicle were involved in the operation.
Law enforcement officials are investigating the circumstances of the tragic incident.

In Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, rescuers concluded their search for a 24-year-old man who went missing while attempting to swim across the Dniester River.
In just one day, five people died in Ukraine’s bodies of water. The tragic incidents occurred in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Odesa regions, as well as in Kyiv. The State Emergency Service emphasizes that the statistics continue to rise. Since the beginning of July, the water has claimed 63 lives, and 400 since the start of the year; children are among the victims.
