Pesto Cafe has closed seven locations in Kyiv and the surrounding region due to the security situation
As of September 3, 2026, the Pesto Cafe family restaurant chain has temporarily suspended operations at seven of its 20 locations in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. This decision is due to frequent air raid alerts and the deteriorating security situation in the region.
As a result, nearly half of the chain’s restaurants will be closed for the time being. The company noted that the decision is temporary.
The company emphasized that the closures are a necessary and temporary measure.
“Unfortunately, due to constant air raid alerts and the challenging security situation, some of our restaurants will temporarily suspend operations starting September 3,” reads a statement from Pesto Cafe.

Respublika Park Shopping Center (Ring Road, 1).
Meanwhile, 13 other Pesto Cafe restaurants continue to operate as usual.
