Russia has attacked the Kharkiv region; there is one fatality and several casualties
Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces have launched strikes on several areas in the Kharkiv region. One person was killed and four others were injured as a result of the attacks.
Significant damage to residential buildings, medical facilities, and transportation infrastructure was also reported.
Law enforcement agencies stated: “Over the past day, the occupiers shelled settlements in the Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Bohodukhiv, and Kupiansk districts. Russian forces used unmanned aerial vehicles and manned aircraft against the civilian population. As a result of the enemy shelling in the village of Petropavlivka in the Chuhuiv district, a 70-year-old civilian was killed.”
According to police, the man was in a vehicle during the FPV drone attack. He was wounded by the first strike, and a second drop of explosives proved fatal.
In the Vovchanska community, residential buildings were destroyed and power lines were damaged by Russian strikes.
In the village of Pechenigi, a 63-year-old man was injured in the attack and hospitalized.
Russian troops also shelled the villages of Kovali and Zavadsk in the Zolochiv community. The strikes damaged private homes and farm buildings. Additionally, an 84-year-old woman from the village of Kovali suffered an acute stress reaction.
Power lines were also damaged in the Zolochiv community, and one residential building was completely destroyed by fire.
While agricultural work was being carried out near the village of Zrubanka, an unidentified explosive device detonated. As a result of the incident, a 55-year-old man was injured and taken to a medical facility.
The town of Lyubotin also came under fire, where railway infrastructure was damaged, a building’s roof was destroyed, and windows were shattered.
Four ambulances, a hospital building, and a store were damaged by guided airstrikes on the village of Shevchenkove in the Kupianskyi district.
One civilian was injured as a result of the attack.
Law enforcement officers are documenting the consequences of the Russian strikes and recording further instances of war crimes against the civilian population of the Kharkiv region.

Three people were injured as a result of Russian attacks on the Mykolaiv region over the past 24 hours, including two residents of Mykolaiv and one resident of the Mykolaiv district. A 10-year-old boy also suffered an acute stress reaction.
Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out more than 20 attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region using drones and guided aerial bombs. Nine people were injured as a result of the shelling.
On the night of June 12, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with 118 drones of various types. Air defense forces destroyed or neutralized 110 enemy targets.
On Friday, June 12, Russian forces carried out a targeted strike on a farm in the Sumy region. Five employees of the farm were injured in the attack. Some farm animals were also killed, and several others were injured.
As a reminder, over fifty attacks by Russian troops were recorded in the Dnipropetrovsk region over the past 24 hours, with drones and artillery targeting several districts of the region. One person was killed and three others were injured as a result of the shelling.
Ukraine’s air defense forces shot down 249 of the 272 drones that Russian troops launched into the country’s territory starting the evening of June 5.
Since the evening, Russian troops have carried out nearly 30 attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region, using drones and artillery. As a result of the shelling, one person was killed and three others were wounded.
