The 3rd Army Corps has established drone surveillance over the Luhansk region

Fighters from the Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 3rd Assault Brigade carried out successful strikes on the occupiers’ logistics routes in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, reaching the “Izvarine” checkpoint on the border with Russia. During a deep technological raid, Ukrainian pilots struck enemy armored vehicles and ammunition depots.

This was reported by the commander of the Third Army Corps, Brigadier General Andriy Biletsky, according to the unit’s official Telegram channel.

The corps command announced the launch of a large-scale operation to control logistics routes in Luhansk and Eastern Slobozhanshchyna in response to the enemy’s claims of having fully captured the region. According to Biletsky, cities such as Luhansk, Starobilsk, Alchevsk, Bryanka, and Kadiivka are now under constant fire control by Ukrainian Armed Forces drones.

The special operation behind enemy lines was planned and led by a native of Luhansk Oblast—the commander of an assault UAV platoon with the call sign “East.” The officer is known for having parachuted into besieged Mariupol in 2022 and, after the city’s defense ended, managed to make his way out to territory controlled by Ukraine on his own, for which he was awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine have expanded their strike zones, bringing the occupiers’ supply lines in Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and the Donbas to the brink of paralysis.
