The Polish Ministry of Defense has called on Ukraine to strike Russia with greater precision

Polish Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Vladyslav Kosiniak-Kamysz noted that Ukraine must exercise the utmost caution when identifying targets for attacks on the territory of the aggressor country. 

Kosiniak-Kamysz made this statement during a briefing for journalists.

According to him, the Kremlin uses any incidents involving drones entering the airspace of Alliance countries to intensify propaganda, escalate tensions, and wage hybrid warfare; therefore, the Ukrainian side must avoid creating additional security risks for its partners.

The head of the Polish Defense Ministry emphasized the importance of maintaining a balance between carrying out current tactical tasks on the front lines and preventing situations that the Russian Federation could exploit for its own provocations. He added that military analysts and NATO representatives also stress the need for much more precise targeting, as the Russian propaganda machine instantly exploits any border aviation incidents.

A Romanian fighter jet participating in a NATO air patrol mission shot down a stray attack drone over Estonian territory. 

Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna, commenting on the incident involving the downing of the drone over the country’s territory, stated that this is a consequence of Russia’s war and provocations. He also emphasized that Ukraine has every right to strike Russian military targets.
