Video: Drones attacked the port of Novorossiysk and an oil terminal

On the evening of April 5, 2026, Novorossiysk, a key Russian port on the Black Sea, came under a massive drone attack.

Local authorities in the Krasnodar Krai were forced to declare an air raid alert, and the city’s mayor officially confirmed the attack, urging residents to remain in shelters and not to record the operation of air defense systems.

According to eyewitnesses and OSINT analysts, the main strike targeted strategic port infrastructure facilities.

In particular, reports emerged of a possible strike on the Sheskharis oil terminal, where a fire broke out following a series of explosions.

The Krasnodar Krai Regional Operational Headquarters attempted to reassure the public, stating only that debris had fallen onto the grounds of two enterprises.

However, footage circulating on social media shows a much larger scale of the events.

In the published videos, numerous explosions and the screams of frightened local residents can be heard as they prepare to spend the night in bomb shelters due to the continuous operation of anti-aircraft systems.

As a reminder, drones attacked oil infrastructure in the Leningrad region.

Drones also attacked a compressor station in the Krasnodar Krai.
