Vitali Klitschko's income for 2025 increased fivefold

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported 15 million hryvnias in income for 2025, which is significantly higher than the figures for 2024. 

According to the declaration registry, the bulk of his income consisted of royalties from foreign companies totaling over 12.7 million UAH. The mayor received the largest payment, amounting to 7.46 million UAH, from the German company Klitschko Ventures GmbH, owned by his brother Volodymyr Klitschko. The income structure also includes payments from the British companies Chartwell Partners LTD and Steel City Interactive, an annual salary of 1.44 million UAH, and proceeds from the sale of a Land Rover Discovery.

The mayor’s assets remained stable: he owns and uses two apartments in Kyiv, a vacation home, and a plot of land in the village of Lyutizh. His list of valuables includes collectible watches, a Yamaha grand piano, and two carbines. The mayor’s vehicle fleet consists of a motorcycle and a trailer, as well as two Toyota Sequoia SUVs owned by his brother’s company. In addition to bank accounts and cash savings, Klitschko declared funds lent to his brother Volodymyr, currently totaling over 2.15 million euros and 53,600 dollars.

Compared to 2024, when the mayor’s income was based primarily on his salary and royalties from a single British firm, the list of funding sources has expanded significantly. In particular, Volodymyr Klitschko also gave his brother two non-monetary gifts totaling 1.7 million UAH, which are listed in the document separately from his total income. All data has been officially entered into the state register of declarations in accordance with current legislation.

Earlier, Yulia Svyrydenko filed an electronic income declaration for 2025, reporting a total amount of 4,764,661 UAH.

Ihor Ilchenko, Acting Head of the National Social Service of Ukraine, reported 18,223 UAH in income in his 2025 electronic declaration.
