Thunderstorms are forecast for the Kyiv region over the next hour and through the end of the day on August 3, which may cause power outages. The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center has issued a Level I hazard warning (yellow).
Forecasters warn that deteriorating weather conditions could complicate operations at power plants and cause power outages. During the day, the Kyiv region will remain hot with temperatures of 30–34° (in Kyiv—32–34°), with variable winds at 3–8 m/s.
