"TK-Home Textiles" Relocates Production Capacity to the Regions Following the Attack on Kyiv
The company “TK-Home Textiles” is beginning to decentralize and relocate its production facilities to regions across Ukraine following the destruction of its main plant and logistics hub in Kyiv by a Russian missile strike.
As a result of the shelling on the night of September 24, a significant portion of the sewing and knitting operations, the ultrasonic fabric bonding lines, and the warehouse infrastructure were destroyed. Since it is extremely difficult to resume operations at the Kyiv facility, the company will gradually relocate its operations to other regional sites to mitigate war-related risks.
“When we decided to consolidate our production and warehousing facilities, it was a logical and economically sound decision. But the war has forced us to make adjustments. Today, we see that concentrating all production in one place was too great a risk during wartime,” said the company’s managing partner, Volodymyr Martsenyuk.
The company emphasized that it is continuing its operations and will fulfill all obligations to its customers. TK-Home Textiles LLC is part of the Textile-Contact Group; its owners are Oleksandr Sokolovskyi (61.5%) and Volodymyr Martsenyuk (28.5%). In the first half of 2026, the company’s net profit totaled 2 million UAH on revenue of 268.6 million UAH, whereas in 2025 these figures stood at 12 million UAH and 593 million UAH, respectively.

On the night of September 24, Russian troops launched a ballistic strike on the main production facility and logistics warehouse of the “Domashniy Tekstil” trading company. This was reported by the company’s owner, Oleksandr Sokolovskyi.
In the Dnipro district of Kyiv, a residential neighborhood was destroyed as a result of the Russian attack on September 24. According to preliminary information, there were no fatalities among the residents.
