A relief center for victims of this morning's attack has opened in Kyiv's Holosiivskyi District
An emergency response headquarters has begun operations in Kyiv’s Holosiivskyi District to address the aftermath of the enemy attack on September 2. The headquarters is located at 2 Tarasivska Street; contact person: 097-233-93-55 (Tetyana Fedorenko).
There, residents of damaged buildings can submit applications for municipal financial assistance and compensation under the “e-Recovery” program, as well as receive expert advice and legal, psychological, and social support.
In addition, hotlines operated by the Holosiivskyi District State Administration, the local Department of Social and Veterans’ Policy, and the Administrative Services Center branch are available to those affected. The explosion in the city occurred around 11:00 a.m. after a Russian drone flew over several districts of the capital and air defense forces were engaged.

Seven people were injured as a result of the Russian attack on Kyiv on the morning of September 2. According to the capital’s mayor, Vitali Klitschko, five of the injured were hospitalized.
As a reminder, Russian drones damaged a residential building and a medical facility in Kyiv.
In Kyiv, public transportation is operating on a modified schedule due to police roadblocks on Yuri Shumsky Street. Traffic is blocked in both directions in the Bereznyaky neighborhood.
