A power outage has occurred in a section of Kyiv on the left bank, which has also halted subway service.
The power outage affected certain areas on the left bank of the capital. The cause of the emergency power outage remains unknown at this time.

On Tuesday, September 15, Ukraine does not plan to impose restrictions on electricity consumption. Measures regarding hourly or emergency power outages are not currently anticipated.
In Kyiv, authorities have begun stockpiling food and drinking water in preparation for prolonged power outages and other emergencies. The city aims to prepare reserves in advance that can be used at resilience centers and to assist residents in the event of large-scale disruptions.
A new air threat alert system went into operation in Kyiv on September 6. Now, city residents will receive notifications not only about the fact that a threat exists, but also about its type—drone, missile, or combined.
