Kyiv is preparing a tender for the Paton Bridge restoration project
The capital plans to announce a tender for the development of scientific and design documentation for the restoration of the Yevhen Paton Bridge across the Dnipro River.
The project will include engineering studies, an assessment of the structures’ technical condition, and the development of solutions for their restoration. The procurement is planned to be conducted through the Prozorro system.
The Paton Bridge has the status of an architectural and urban planning monument of local significance, so the restoration will be carried out in accordance with cultural heritage protection laws.
In March 2026, experts confirmed that the bridge remains safe for continued use, although traffic across it is subject to restrictions. The municipal enterprise “Kyivavtoshlyakhmist” continues to monitor the structure’s technical condition.
