The "Dom 1557" service has resumed operations in Kyiv following the shelling of data centers

As a result of the enemy attack on Kyiv on September 23, equipment at the “Dom 1557” housing and utilities dispatch center was damaged. As a result, the hotline, website, and chatbot operated with technical limitations; however, as of 5:15 p.m., specialists managed to fully restore the service’s normal operation.

The damage to the equipment temporarily limited the number of users who could access the services simultaneously. While the issues were being resolved, residents of the capital were asked to contact the Kyiv City Contact Center at 1551 if necessary.

During the morning shelling by Russian forces in the Darnytskyi district of the capital, a hit on a transportation infrastructure facility and a fire at a gas station were also reported.
