Actor and director Ben Affleck has transferred his share of their nearly $60 million mansion to his ex-wife, singer and actress Jennifer Lopez.

The documents do not specify the nature of the transfer, but sources claim that Affleck transferred his share, valued at approximately $10 million, to Lopez free of charge.
The property in question is a luxurious estate with 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and a full-size basketball court. The couple purchased the property in May 2023 for $60 million and spent a significant amount on renovations.
As early as July 2024, a month before filing for divorce, they put the house up for sale. The asking price was initially $68 million, but in September it was lowered to $52 million. Despite this, no buyer could be found, and last summer the property was taken off the market.
