Singer Nastya Kamenskykh has spoken publicly for the first time about her inability to have children

Ukrainian singer Nastya Kamenskykh has publicly revealed for the first time that she cannot and no longer wishes to have children. According to the artist, she went through several unsuccessful attempts to conceive through in vitro fertilization, but these did not yield the desired result.

She shared that for a long time she felt pressure due to society’s imposed notion that motherhood is a duty for every woman. In her efforts to get pregnant, the singer consulted specialists and underwent four IVF procedures, which caused significant weight fluctuations due to the complex hormonal changes and took a psychological toll. “I can’t have children. Actually, it’s not just that—I can’t have children, and I don’t want to have them,” the artist emphasized.

The artist has been in a relationship with rapper Potap for many years, though she reportedly broke up with him this year. Rumors had previously linked her to a pregnancy on multiple occasions, but she refrained from commenting. The musician himself has an 18-year-old son, Andriy, from his first marriage to producer Irina Gorova.

This was discussed in the singer’s interview for the project “Tell Gordeeva.”

Potap and Nastya Kamenskykh sparked a wave of outrage among Ukrainians after posting a humorous video about the Russian language and “freedom.”

Ukrainian producer and performer Potap found himself at the center of controversy after a failed joke about Maxim Galkin during the Laima Rendezvous Jūrmala 2026 festival in Latvia. Alla Pugacheva and her husband were present at the event, and the artists’ reaction to Potap’s remarks sparked a wave of discussion on social media.
