Singer-warrior Yurko Yurchenko reacted strongly to Maksym Pokrovsky's arrival in Kyiv
Ukrainian singer and soldier Yurko Yurchenko spoke out strongly against the visit to Kyiv by Russian musician Maxim Pokrovsky, the leader of the band “Nogu Svelo!” The soldier also addressed Ukrainians who support so-called “good Russians.”
According to the soldier, he does not believe in the concept of a “good Russian” and considers Russian citizens to be his enemies.
“No, there are no good Russians! Until my Sun goes out—you are my enemies forever! All of you! Without exception!” Yurchenko wrote.
He also emphasized that he has a negative attitude toward those who support Russians, regardless of their stance on the war.
“Your entire culture, language, history, and everything associated with you must be destroyed! Everyone who supports this evil—whether ‘good’ or bad—is my enemy! Forever! Until my Sun goes out!” the singer declared.
Yurchenko also posted a screenshot from a video by Maxim Pokrovsky, in which the Russian musician spoke about the nighttime Russian shelling of the Ukrainian capital.
Earlier, it was reported that Maxim Pokrovsky, the leader of the band “Nogu Svelo!,” had visited Kyiv for the first time in 15 years.
During his stay in the Ukrainian capital, he was caught in yet another Russian airstrike. The musician posted a video in which he recorded the air raid siren and showed footage of the nighttime shelling of Kyiv alongside one of his bandmates.
Yurchenko shared his stance on his Facebook page.
Maksim Pokrovsky, the frontman of the Russian band “Nogu Svelo!”—who openly condemns Russia’s aggression and supports Ukraine—visited Kyiv for the first time in several years. On the night of August 4–5, the musician, along with Kyiv residents, endured a massive Russian missile and drone attack and shared his emotions on social media.

As a reminder, eight people were killed in the Brovary district while waiting for a train as a result of the Russian attack.
