On July 1, rolling blackouts will be in effect throughout Ukraine
On Wednesday, July 1, hourly power outage schedules will be in effect in all regions of Ukraine from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
For residential consumers, the restrictions will apply to one load group. At the same time, power restriction schedules will be implemented for industry and businesses.
Ukrenergo cited a significant increase in electricity consumption due to the heat as the reason for the outages. The company also warned that the situation may change.

Earlier, Mykolaivoblenergo added that hourly power outages affecting one phase may be implemented from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
As a reminder, Ukrenergo has warned of possible prolonged power outages this summer.

Following inspections in May, the two largest payment terminal networks—EasyPay (LLC “FC ‘Kontraktovy Dom’”) and City24 (LLC “Swift Garant”)—were hit with massive fines: 135 million hryvnias each.
