The United Kingdom funded a transformer for the Kharkiv region
The Kharkiv region has received a new 25 MVA power transformer, which will be used to ensure the operation of the region’s critical energy infrastructure.
The equipment costs more than 256,000 euros. Its purchase was funded by the United Kingdom through the Ukraine Energy Support Fund.
The transformer has already been delivered to the power facility. The Ministry of Energy noted that the new equipment will help strengthen the resilience of the Kharkiv region’s power grid, which regularly suffers the consequences of Russian attacks.
