As a result of drone attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure on the morning of April 13, consumers in the Zaporizhzhia and Chernihiv regions were left without power.
This was reported by Ukrenergo.
Energy workers have already begun emergency repair work.
The company noted that following the so-called “Easter truce,” Russia resumed attacks on energy facilities.
Due to the consequences of previous shelling, power restrictions for industrial consumers will be in effect from 4:00 p.m. until the end of the day in all regions of Ukraine.
At the same time, electricity consumption has decreased—as of this morning, it was 7.9% lower than on the previous business day.
Ukrainians have been urged to use electricity sparingly, especially in the evening hours.
As a reminder, on the night of April 13, 2026, Russian occupation forces carried out a targeted attack on the energy infrastructure of the Chernihiv region.
The Sumy region once again came under attack by Russian occupiers, who used unmanned aerial vehicles to strike civilian infrastructure.
Russian troops attacked the village of Zolochiv in the Kharkiv region with drones.
