Due to shelling, some regions are without power: rolling blackouts are in effect across Ukraine
As a result of Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, some consumers in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, and Kharkiv regions have been temporarily left without power.
This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.
Energy workers are working around the clock to restore power to all consumers as quickly as possible.
The ministry noted that from 8:00 a.m. until midnight, power restriction schedules for industry are in effect across Ukraine. Additionally, in some regions—and in the evening hours, throughout the country until 10:00 p.m.—hourly power outages are being implemented for residential customers.
The times and duration of the outages can be found on the official websites of regional power companies.
The Ministry of Energy urged citizens to use electricity sparingly, especially during peak hours in the morning and evening, to reduce the load on the power grid.
As a reminder, utility workers restored heating to 1,100 buildings in a single day.
Klitschko also reported how many homes in Kyiv are still without heat.
