In Obolon, some residents were left without power due to an accident

On August 7, in the Obolon district of Kyiv, some residents were left without power due to an accident in the power grid.

 

 Preliminary estimates indicate that power is expected to be restored within four hours.

This was reported by Real Kyiv.

As a reminder, in Zaporizhzhia, more than 5,000 consumers were left without power due to Russian attacks.

The Ministry of Energy is changing the rules for compiling the list of critical facilities.

Russia is planning new attacks on Ukraine’s power grid and water supply facilities ahead of the heating season. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that the enemy intends to wear down Ukrainian society by striking critical infrastructure.

Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi stated that Ukraine’s energy sector faces an unmet need of approximately 650 million euros ahead of the heating season.
