Ukrenergo does not anticipate any power outages on August 7
On Friday, August 7, Ukraine has no plans to implement rolling blackouts.
At the same time, energy officials are urging Ukrainians to use electricity sparingly and, if possible, to limit the use of high-power electrical appliances between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. to reduce the load on the power grid.

Russia is planning new attacks on Ukraine’s power grid and water supply facilities ahead of the heating season. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that the enemy intends to wear down Ukrainian society by striking critical infrastructure.
Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi stated that Ukraine’s energy sector faces an unmet need of approximately 650 million euros ahead of the heating season.
