Ukrenergo announced whether it plans to implement power outages on September 20
On Sunday, September 20, no electricity consumption restrictions are expected in Ukraine. According to “Ukrenergo,” there are no plans to implement rolling blackouts.
“Tomorrow, Sunday, no measures to restrict electricity consumption are planned,” the statement reads.
The company urges consumers to use high-power appliances between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
In August, Ukraine exported approximately 381,000 MWh of electricity, which was nearly double the volume of imports, which totaled 184,000 MWh. Net exports totaled approximately 197,000 MWh, allowing the country to maintain its status as a net exporter for the second consecutive month.
