The average salary in Ukraine rose to over 30,000 hryvnias in March
In Ukraine, the average monthly salary for full-time employees in March 2026 was 30,356 hryvnias, which is 7.2% higher than in February.
This was reported by the State Statistics Service.
The highest wages were recorded in Kyiv—49,381 UAH—and in the Kyiv region—29,997 UAH.
Conversely, the lowest wages were in the Kirovohrad (21,375 UAH) and Chernivtsi (21,453 UAH) regions.
By economic sector, workers in the information and telecommunications sector earn the most—an average of 85,673 UAH. The lowest average wage was recorded in education—19,394 UAH.
