The Prostor chain is ceasing operations and closing its stores in 22 regions of Ukraine

Prostor, a well-known Ukrainian chain of beauty and personal care stores, is completely ceasing its operations in the market

Starting July 1, 2026, the managing company, Numis LLC, will begin the legal and practical process of gradually closing all existing retail locations.

The chain’s management described the decision to completely wind down the business as extremely difficult and apologized to customers and partners for not being able to announce such drastic changes earlier.

The specific reasons for the well-known retailer’s closure have not yet been officially disclosed.

Despite the complete closure, the company has promised to fulfill absolutely all of its financial obligations to its counterparties.

“The company has stated that it will fulfill all financial obligations to its partners in full,” the statement emphasizes.

Once the current collaboration is concluded, the parties plan to formalize the necessary legal documents, including additional agreements to terminate existing contracts and reconciliation statements.
