The Ministry of Economy has announced when the January cashback will be paid out

Payments under the "National Cashback" program for January purchases began arriving on citizens' cards on March 27, 2026. 

According to the Ministry of Economy, over 4.1 million users who have accumulated more than 2 hryvnias and selected the appropriate card for payments in the Diya app will receive the funds. Payments for February are also expected to begin shortly.

Since the initiative began, the total value of goods purchased by Ukrainians under the program has exceeded 67.38 billion hryvnias. Cashback payments have become one of the mechanisms to support consumer demand amid rising prices, particularly for fuel. Users can track the status of their payments and purchase history directly on the government service, which integrates information on all transactions involving Ukrainian-made goods.

The Ministry of Economy explained whether the “National Cashback” program will continue in July.

The government explained why, instead of lowering fuel prices, it introduced a cashback program for fuel.
