Nova Poshta has introduced an AI recruiter to conduct interviews
"Nova Poshta" uses artificial intelligence to conduct initial interviews for job openings in its European network. Instead of a recruiter, an AI assistant named David interacts with candidates.
The company reported that David conducts interviews in the candidate’s native language, and the cost is one-third that of interviews conducted by a human HR specialist. According to NOVA’s estimates, using AI saves up to 4,000 work hours per year, which is equivalent to the work of nearly two recruiters.
In addition, Nova Poshta uses the AI assistant Sendy in its app and at self-service terminals. About 25% of all shipments pass through her, and the average time to process or deliver a package has been reduced from 110 to 74 seconds.
Artificial intelligence is also used to optimize courier delivery, plan routes, and manage warehouse inventory.
