The dollar, euro, and zloty have fallen in value in Ukraine

The National Bank of Ukraine has published the official exchange rates for the morning of Thursday, April 23, 2026. According to the regulator’s data, major foreign currencies are showing a decline.

This is reported on the NBU website

Thus, the official exchange rate for the dollar is set at 43.88 UAH, the euro at 51.49 UAH, and the Polish zloty at 12.12 UAH.

Compared to the previous banking day, the U.S. dollar fell by 23 kopecks. The euro lost 42 kopecks, and the Polish zloty fell by 14 kopecks.

Thus, the currency market is showing a trend toward a slight strengthening of the hryvnia against key foreign currencies.

The National Bank of Ukraine has set new official exchange rates, according to which the Ukrainian hryvnia has shown a noticeable increase.

As a reminder, the NBU may revoke MTB Bank’s license.

Also, on November 4, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) decided to classify JSC “RVS Bank” as insolvent.
