Third JoyNews Habitat Clinic to be held in Ghana — MyJoyOnline
MyJoyOnline reports that Republic Bank Ghana, in partnership with JoyNews, plans to hold the third JoyNews Habitat Clinic in Nungua, Ghana. The event will run from September 25 to 27, 2026, at Junction Mall.
Event participants
The three-day event is expected to bring together prospective homebuyers, developers, financial institutions and other representatives of the housing sector. Visitors are expected to be presented with housing projects, financing options and other services that may help with purchasing real estate.
According to the publication, participating institutions will present offers related to homeownership and real estate investment. The organizers also expect visitors to be able to learn about available financial solutions for such transactions.

Consultations with specialists
Republic Bank Ghana’s Head of Mortgage Banking and Customer Experience, Dan Adjetey Mohenu, said the event is intended to give visitors direct access to bank representatives who will be able to answer questions about housing and financial needs.
Prospective homeowners and investors will be able to receive consultations and gain a better understanding of available financing options. Visitors are also expected to have the opportunity to speak with housing and financial sector specialists in line with their plans to buy a home or invest.
