Dynamo thrashed Oleksandriya 5–0; Yarmolenko scored his 119th goal
Kyiv's Dynamo secured a convincing victory over Oleksandriya in an away match of the 21st round of the Ukrainian Premier League.
Andriy Yarmolenko opened the scoring in the 4th minute. This goal marked his 119th in the championships of independent Ukraine. Only Maksym Shatskikh (124) and Serhiy Rebrov (123) have scored more.
Later, Kyiv’s lead was extended by Oleksandr Yatsyk, Nazar Voloshin, Bohdan Redushko, and Matviy Ponomarenko, bringing the score to a crushing 5-0.
Another match will also take place on March 19 as part of this round: Kharkiv’s Metalist 1925 will face Poltava. Kickoff is at 6:00 p.m.
