"I don't like this kind of soccer": Buryak names the favorite in the France-Spain semifinal
Former head coach of the Ukrainian national team Leonid Buryak shared his prediction for the 2026 World Cup semifinal between France and Spain. In his opinion, the French national team is the favorite in the match.
Buryak stated that France plays a more modern style of soccer, has a strong roster, and is in better physical condition, which is why he favors them.
At the same time, the expert noted that he is not a fan of the Spanish national team’s style of play.
“The Spaniards play their own unique style of soccer. The whole world has now adapted to ‘tiki-taka.’ I don’t like that kind of soccer,” Buryak said.
The France vs. Spain match will take place on July 14 at 10:00 p.m. Kyiv time.
