LNZ secured a convincing victory over Chornomorets in Matchday 3 of the UPL
Cherkasy LNZ secured its first win of the season, defeating Odessa’s Chornomorets 2–0 in the third round of the Ukrainian Premier League.
The home team opened the scoring in the 41st minute. Danylo Kravchuk capitalized on a defensive error by Chornomorets and beat the Odessa goalkeeper from a sharp angle.
In the 55th minute, Kravchuk played the role of assist provider. Following his pass, Talles Brenner fired a precise shot into the top corner to double NZ’s lead.
After the second goal, the Cherkasy team allowed their opponents more momentum, but Chornomorets was unable to create enough dangerous chances to change the score.
For LNZ, this was their first win and their first goals of the season.
