Real Madrid has commented on rumors of a €220 million transfer for Michael Olise
Real Madrid has responded to reports of possible interest in Bayern Munich and France national team winger Michael Olise, whom the media have linked to a potential transfer worth approximately 220 million euros.
The club emphasized that it has not been in contact with the player himself, nor with his agents or representatives.
“In light of reports that have appeared in various media outlets regarding our club’s alleged interest in Bayern Munich player Michael Olise, Real Madrid states that it has had no direct or indirect contact with the aforementioned player, his agents, or representatives of his entourage.
Real Madrid also wishes to emphasize the excellent relationship it maintains with Bayern Munich—a club with which it shares a long history of mutual respect, cooperation, and admiration. The Madrid club regrets the spread of speculation that does not correspond to reality.
Both clubs have always based their relationship on trust and mutual respect. This is reflected, in particular, in their shared conviction that any potential interest in a player who belongs to another club must first and foremost be discussed directly between the clubs themselves, in accordance with the principles of sporting and institutional ethics that have historically defined the relationship between Bayern and Real," reads a statement on the club’s official website.
